Yes, you will need to purchase a individual ticket priced at $125 USD to compete in the pitch competition and attend the dinner event.
Do I need to buy tickets for my entire group/company if we're doing the pitch competition together?
Yes, each individual in your group or company needs their own ticket to attend the November 15, 2024, dinner and pitch competition event.
I am only attending the Saturday conference. Do I need to pay for the November 15th, 2024, dinner and pitch competition if I don't want to attend?
No, you don’t need to pay for the November 15th, 2024, dinner and pitch competition if you only plan to attend the Saturday conference on November 16th, 2024, at the Westin Hotel Calgary Downtown.
What is included in my November 16th, 2024, Summit purchase ticket?
Your summit ticket includes access to the full-day conference event, the poster session at noon, and the evening dinner reception.
If I'm submitting a poster for the conference, do I still need to register and pay the summit fee?
Yes, even if you are submitting a poster, you still need to register and pay the summit fee. The fees for the Pre-Summit event on November 15, 2024 is optional.
Is there a student discount if I am coming from an academic institution?
Currently, we have priced the conference registration very reasonably, so we are not offering any additional discount codes for students.
