Terms and Conditions – Longevity Fitness Challenge 

1. Eligibility
– The challenge is open to individuals as specified in the eligibility criteria outlined for each specific challenge.
– Participants must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and participation.

2. Winning Criteria
– Winners are selected based on the criteria provided in the specific challenge description.
– All decisions regarding winners are final and binding.

3. Non-Transferability of Wins
– Challenge wins, prizes, and associated benefits are non-transferable. They are awarded exclusively to the individual who qualifies as the winner.
– Participants may not assign, transfer, or share their win with another individual, including family members or spouses.

4. Repeat Wins
– A participant may enter multiple challenges; however, in cases where a participant wins more than once, only their first win will be considered valid for prize distribution. Additional wins may not be recognized.

5. Fair Play and Conduct
– Any attempt to manipulate, bypass, or violate the challenge rules may result in disqualification.
– The organization reserves the right to disqualify entries suspected of fraudulent behavior or rule violations.
